really weird rash by my private areas.?

Okay, so just about five years ago I wore a bathing suit that was a bit too small for me. I know stupid stupid me! Well anyways...about a year ago I noticed this really weird rash around the area where the bathing suit was way too tight, and it obviously cut into my skin because there's kind of a divet there. And whenever I scratch it ... because it does sometimes itch... it gets so bad that I scratch it open and it's very sensitive and I've noticed that it's kind of spread to a little bit further onto my leg. I'm not really comfortable going to the gyno just yet... anyone know what it could possibly be?!?! AND DON'T ASSUME IT'S AN STD ... I'm still a virgin. Okay?!?!

there's nothing bad about going to the good ole doctor for a quick look....a good dermatologist if you dont like a gyno if you know one...better do it ASAP than watch it spread on you !
