Really weird feeling..?

I have been having these weird feelings happening to me.
Ever get that feeling when your nervous in your stomach? Im getting that feeling for no reason, Also when i stand i cant stand up straight for a while without almost blacking out and sitting down. and i have the wierd urges to almost throw up

im very athletic idk whas wrong with me

this has been happening since about thanksgiving
