ok so ive been vomiting since 4:00 PM now it is 1:00 AM - i had a bad headache - later on i noticed i fell on the floor from the couch my parent had to pick me up. i was that dizzy and tried but i couldnt fall asleep i believe i had a migrain, i also had diarrhea but i was to sick to go to the bathroom, im 15 and i think it is the stomach flu im not sure, help me out guys.
