Last night I had the worst cramps that lasted for about twenty minutes. I'm not on my period and I wasn't bleeding. After my mum told me to take three advil I was fine, but now I think they are starting again. I'm very sure i'm not pregnant, but it's still scary. Has anyone gone through this? I need some help on what to expect or what to do. My mum said if it gets worse to go to the ER...i don't know what to do. Please help me. Thank you.

The pain was not isolated to one side like usual. It was stabbing pain everywhere down there. From a little below the belly button to the vaginal area. I mean the whole area down there...except back area. it was all in the front. And it didn't matter how i positioned myself. the only thing that helped with my bf putting pressure. I was shaking and crying until i took medicine then it kinda went away. now my stomach hurts and i feel as if it might happen again. sorry so long
also the pain felt like stabbing, but more like jolts. It would jolt for about a few minutes, then stop for a few, then start again. my breathing would get light and i would shake or shiver. I just remember the jolts more than anything
