Recently I began going through a personal hardship and minor health conditions that caused me to get behind in my work. I spoke with my instructors and told them of my situation and one of them is refusing to be of any assistance to me, and I am failing the class. I was told by a classmate that because the class is already paid for (FASFA) that I can drop the class and get reimbursed for the funds available for the weeks that I did not attend. I spoke with my academic advisor, that has advised against me dropping (only 4 weeks left in course). He told me to speak with my Financial Aid advisor (whom does not seem to want to call me back.) I need to know what I should do, I am not going to pass this class.
