REALLY important question regaurding weightlifting, this could make or

break my progress please help? OK, first of all i am eating the right amount of protien and getting the right amount of rest, but i need to know if i am doing this right, I curl 45 lbs for 10 reps, I DONT get the burning sensation many people get, next two sets i can only do like 7 or 6 reps then on the third like 4. I need to know if this is normal that im not feeling the burn, AM I BUILDING MUSCLE, also i have done the same curls for quite a while, however can you still build muscle without feeling the burn cause my arms do get tired obviously
