ok well first of all make sure you just tell the guy to tell you when he is ready and just get up and jack him off. and let him know if he does it in your mouth you will never do it again.
 
I would never dodge it. Swallowing is the only way I like to do it. I can tell when he's ready because I feel him get bigger and harder right before he explodes.
 
I agree with previous post. Guys love it when you swallow the cum. You should also suck it for a few seconds after they cum then swallow it.
 
you can tell when a male is about to go (they stiffen up more) then you stop and just go back to wrist. or at least that's how most girls i know do it
