Really disappointed with 'Street Fighter - Legend of Chun Li'

I watched this film this afternoon and was quite disappointed with it. It was about as close to the game's character's looks as the Sun is to Earth. The following were missing...

1. Balrog's hairstyle

2. Bison's red suit and cap

3. The fact that Chun Li wasn't even Chinese

4. Chun Li's spinning upside down kick was not realistic at all

5. No shadows or nothing from the fireball that Chun Li produced

I did think that the reviews I'd seen on the Internet were exaggerated, but, they weren't wrong. It's clear that whoever made the script for this film must have just thrown the whole lot together. Yet another Street Fighter film that's turned out to be a bit crap. Lets hope they improve on the next one - whenever that may be.

I thought it was better than the original with Van Dam. Speaking of which, what you said about her not being chinese..... In the original, Cammy was played by Kylie

I boycotted this film after I saw the trailer, has absolutely nothing to do with the whole Street Fighter story other than the character names. The 1994 Van Damme film is awesome compared to this, judging by the trailer. And Kylie was a great Cammy!! :p:D

The original Cammy is a tiny/petite English woman with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes. What was wrong with Kylie? She is, after all, a tiny woman with long wavy blonde hair and blue eyes.

I don't blame the actors at all - none of them, but more the story line and the lack of realistic costumes that aren't present is what I blame. Whoever created this film, done so badly.
