The real estate sector in India is attracting huge number of investors to investment in India real estate. Private equity players are considering big investment in this real estate business. Banks are giving loans to builders, and financial institutions are floating real estate funds. The Indian economy and the real estate sector in particular are high on its ride to prosperity. As India’s economic growth curve rises, real estate India has emerged as one of the most appealing investment areas for domestic as well as foreign investors. Indian real estate has huge potential demand in almost every sector, but especially commercial, residential, retail, industrial, hospitality, healthcare etc. But maximum growth is attributed to its growth from the booming IT sector. As a result the Real Estates in Tripunithura, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Cochin etc. are gaining popularity among the investors. Real estate industry research has also thrown light on investment opportunities in the commercial office segment in India. The demand for office space is expected to increase significantly in the next few years, primarily driven by the IT and ITES industry that requires more projected office space.

Our health and well-being has always been tied to the availability and the cost of debt capital. As long as the investors have access to reasonably priced financing for our properties, the investors can survive in any market. To have equity, property has to cash flow as well. Commercial growth and development remains strong. Reacting to a perceived threat from Internet sales, traditional retailers have found they can compete in a hi-tech, hi-touch environment, and that online activity in fact boosts in store sales. Commercial occupancies reported to the International Council of Shopping Centers are averaging in the nineties. Retail spending remains strong. Consumer credit, while higher in dollar amounts, is in fact the least we have seen in recent years as a percentage of income. The income and employment levels of the population as a whole are the strongest in history, which in turn drives spending, and are the key indicators for the near term economy.
