From the link above me, I would say he should not disclose that. Did she die as the result of suicide or murder? Or was it natural causes? Did the railing on the balcony give out and she fell to her death?
In Texas, the law states that if a person died of violence or suicide, or due to the condition of the property (failed railing?) then it must be disclosed.
If someone wants to buy a house that nobody has ever died in, he needs to build it himself. People go home to die all over this country now - expect that the pre-owned home you have had someone die in it.
