The home is nice, but there are still other nice homes out there. The square footage isn't the biggest and the design is not standard (split-level bungalow with loft). We have already gone up 3K in our original offer, now he's trying to get us up 4K higher with the rationale that it will only add $21 to our monthly payment.
What would you do?
