real bad anxiety

i suffer from anxiety really bad for 5 months everyday 24seven nothing stops it cant look after my son or do things i like anymore im eating like once a day for 2 weeks now ! pains / sweats / weakness / ? ibs ? / sickness and getting up at 6 30 every day ! seen mental health person but gonna be weeks till i see them again i think they need to lock me up now im not sane anymore
 
I'm really sorry you have to go through this...
and waiting to get into mental health sucks too.
I suggest you do a few things in the meantime to help your body deal with what you are going through while you wait to get into your appointment and can get some therapy and medications.

#1 Take a viamin B complex(it heps the body deal with stress better something like 50% of people who suffer with anxiety are deficient in Vitamin B)

#2 Take Magnesium (it helps calm and heal the nerves and helps you sleep better)

#3 Take Omega 3 vitamins (They are essencial for proper brain function)

#4 Get lots of exercise...wear your body out!,even if you feel to horrible to do it..do it anyway!(It will relax you more in the end)

First anxiety and sanity are two separate things, so although your anxiety is bad you are probably stressed out but not insane and thinking that way probably makes you feel worse!
Second the wait between appts does suck and Spungy gave you some good advice. Finally I would add learning how to counter your thoughts in a TEA form from CBT. They can help you calm down in between sessions. Good luck!
