READ ME: Tmobile Workers, Telenav users, Cellphone fanatics, Pissed off customers !?

& Sorry for Ranting, Venting, and Hating; I can't help it.

So I got into the 14 day "free trial" thing on Telenav on accident. & now I come to hear they're gunna be shady and secretly keep it on my phone later on ?

I don't really know who the heck they tryna fool but yeah, I need some assistance.

I didn't get into the maps or whatever.. it just says I got a 14 day trial.

Ima be real pissed if the tmobile people wanna act like they don't know whats going on if i have to call them about my bill. =.=

Nobody gunna pay no $10 a month.. shiet.

++ I seen from somebody elses answer that they said
"Some however remove it and you will pay for casual data usage which can get very costly"
WTF that suppose to mean?!

Sooo what shall I do ?



I NEED SOME LEGITIMATE ANSWERS.

So I was reading forums and one of them said this:

"I've had this problem with the telenav not working. You need to reactivate it on the phone. It will tell you that their is a $9.99 monthly fee for it when you do activate it. If you have an everything data plan you do not need to worry about the $9.99 fee being charged to your monthly bill. The reason why you dont have to worry about the fee is due to telenav being included in the everything data plan. Telenav actually bills sprint. If you dont have the everything data plan then sprint will bill you.

That is how it was explaned to me. I reactivated it and it worked on one phone."

Hopefully Telenav will ASK to be reactivated or NOT.

Please let it be true !
AND is there a way to delete the Telenav account ?

OKAY NVM, I FOUND AN ANSWER:

"T-Mobile has gone out of their way to make this as difficult as possible. You'd think that you'd be able to cancel this service from the "change plans and services" page, but you'd be wrong. Customer Serevice can't do it for you either. You can't call Telenav and have them cancel it. No, you have to go to Myt-mobile.com, click on "Shop", go to "Browse all Games and Apps", click on that, and then click on "My Subscriptions". You can cancel the service there. Hey, thanks for making this so common sensical and easy T-Mobile!"

In 14 days we'll see what happens.
