Re-watching movies.

Akira. I still have to check myself whilst watching, as my jaw constantly slacks at the awesomeness. I'm still in love with Katsuhiro Otomo's character designs and is drawing style.

King Kong (2005), mainly 'cause I totally feel the geek love of the original from the makers (especially Jackson of course) of it. The film is drenched in reference and geeky love.

The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951). Brilliance on every level.

Crikey, there's loaRAB of films that I love to watch over and over, but the one that immediately springs to mind is Star Wars. I love to watch any of the six, but the original is the one I've watched the most.

That and Raiders of the Lost Ark.

They all get boring if watched too much. My past favourites include:

The Cook, the Thief, His Wife and Her Lover.
Bladerunner.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.
The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Current favourites include:

Hero.
Silent Hill.
The Ninth Gate.
Trespass.
Mouline Rouge.

Ghost World. I could happily sit and watch Ghost World everyday till the day I died.

But Jaws is one of the very few films that I have to watch till the very end, it's like a compulsion. If I catch it on telly, I have to sit there till the damn shark explodes, no turning off, no changing channel. I dunno why, maybe because it's a fine film.

The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956)
Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone
High School Musical
American Pie 4: Band Camp
Back to the Future Trilogy

:D

28 Days Later
American Beauty
Pulp Fiction
Back To The Future Trilogy
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
Jurassic Park
Minority Report
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
The Hills Have Eyes
Silent Hill

If I ever see any of these movies on tv I just can't seem to help but watch them all the way through.

Oh, I've got loaRAB, probably too many to list, so I'll try and keep it short

Edward ScissorhanRAB
Scarface
Heathers
Stand By Me
The Crow
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Lawn Dogs
What's Eating Gilbert Grape
Too Wong Foo, Thanks For Everything, Julie Newmar
See No Evil, Hear No Evil
Drop Dead Fred
The Shawshank Redemption
Parenthood

and there's more, but I didn't want to end up with a great big page long list :)

If I fall in love with a fil I never get tired of it, no matter how many times I've seen it. I always go back to them
