POOR BABY! They have put you through haven't they?My first question to you will have to be have you been diagnosed with arthritis? If not why are you taking nsaiRAB?[Anti-inflamatories] Also I would be interested in knowing what kind of diagnostic testing you have had before they started treatment? Cortisone is a steroid that works by reducing swelling as do the above drugs mentioned earlier, reduce swelling relieving pressure thus relieving pain. If your shoulder is FROZEN or locked down as mine is physical therapy will help. It will hurt at first then slowly your pain will be relieved. If you have had no test I would definitely say" Hey Doc something is wrong this treatment not helping or making it worse. IF YOU HAVE CONCERNS THAT YOUR DOCTOR WON'T ADDRESS SEEK A SECOND OPINION. Stay strong and know that there is help out there for you. I would be happy to assist you further if it will help you. HANG IN THERE KID!
