squid, once again you seemed to have missed the point.. I posted the reason I have such distaste for you so as others including you might have an understanding of why.. I don't care about your whiney self pity problems.. It is what it is..

Now you show us all where your accusations lie that I'm stalking you..

just look at your recent posts, a third are to or about me. I'm not including this thread or the good ones you posted for tires or fear.

I like this site cuz the quality of bikes attracts a better quality of conversation. I don't come on here because I want to be harassed. It seems that your "distaste" for me started when I was trying to do the so cal get together, in which half of the posts were yours, shitting on me and other riders trying to get together, before you met me. And then you don't show. I do appreciate your constructive posts, you have more experience and are more insightful than most on here.

Whine whine whine.. How many pages of indecision did we endure for you to finally pull off you aborted ride?? 30+ something. I don't recall exactly.. Which btw, was even more fuel on the fire..

believe me, nobody wanted to make that ride more than me.. Illness/Hernia operation messed that deal up.. Re-read my post.

Now take the part where you praise my insightfulness, and think about this issue as a whole, leading right up to where we are now.. Even the point of you accusuing me of stalking you.. Now what did you come up with??

1) So Squid, you can "champion a cause for good rider behavior, but this time it is misplaced". According to the other members who have read and commented on what you did...it seems RC's comments were well placed indeed.

2) I suspect if you had indicated a little regret or some level of honesty, RC would have been more likely to let it rest. However, even to this day you refuse to accept responsibility for your action stating, "If you had to go home for what I did that day then you'd feel badly too." So, if you didn't crash that day....why the fuck did you just disappear and leave three others to spend the next anxiety filled hour in an exasperated attempt looking for (and expecting to find) an injured or killed friend?

3) No one has "gone to bat" for me, Squid. I CHOSE to explain what you did, so all can understand what type of riding partner to expect with you. AS far as I'm concerned, the issue is history. I've already made my decision never to ride with you again. RC has CHOSEN to be a more vocal "champion of the cause for good rider behavior" and not allow you to shrug off your disappearing act and sweep it under the carpet.

I've personally seen RC provide help and assistance to riders on several occasions. I KNOW his integrity is rock solid.

Crying for help on a public forum is no way to improve your reputation, Squid.
