Razr V3c screen dead!

OK so my friend has a cricket razr v3c that i sold her about 6 months ago or so and the screen on it is completely dead now. my other friend just recently experienced the same problem. i guess all the v3c's are goin now. so anyways, someone keeps texting my friend and she can't view them cause of the busted screen. is there anyway to hook up her phone to a pc and use a program to view her text messages and anything else on her phone. thank u so much for anyone who can help! :D
 
Absolutely. Motorola Phone Tools will do that. You can connect to the PC using a mini USB cable. Bluetooth is also a possibility, but you won't be able to see the screen in order to answer prompt and sync the phone sync the phone with the PC.

Motorola Phone Tools is not free software. I suggest searching the Moto forums for details or other possible software options.
 
why would you like to see the messages on the computer???

i find that kinda pointless..... if the screen is broken, you can find a brand new one in ebay for about 14.99, but if its osftware problems than i recommend you to flash the monsterpack again
 
some keeps texting her a million times a day and she wants to see who it is so that she can tell them to stop because of her broken display. and i have motorola phone tools. i recently recieved the disk with my new v3i. thanks for all your help dcalvaneso :)
