Razr v3c inbox help!!

For some odd reason, there are a few text and picture messages on my wifes V3c, but they wont allow her to open or delete them, its like theyre locked. Why could this be? I took it to the Cricket store but there employees dont really know The guy did surprise me because, i had a lock on my wifes phone so she couldnt edit any settings and she thought she set the password on accident, so that guy stood there for about 5 minutes with her Razr V3c and when he was done, the password was clear! Anybody know how he did that?

Im sorry for posting 2 questions on this post, but if someone can answer one or both, it would be exceptionally helpful. Thanx
 
1) on the razr, when the inbox gets full and you continue to receive messages the memory file containing the TOC for the messages gets corrupted. you need to erase this file using some sort of PST or re-flash the firmware to the phone. on the razr you need to make sure you set it to auto-delete messages before the inbox gets anywhere near to full.

2) did they hook it up to a computer at all? you can reset the password with a computer, or if you have the sublock code you can also reset the password.
 
No he didnt even leave the spot where he was standing at. He just had it for like 5 minuntes, and I was sure he was gonna say he couldnt help, but when he was done he cleared it. what do u think?
 
NO. you need to call cricket or use P2Kseem to get the sublock code. 333333 is the user programing code. it will not let you do anything but program the NAM.

*228 will also reset the code to the last 4 of the phone nuraber.
