Razr V3 Black vs SLVR L7 vs SLVR L6?

Well I'M going to at least answer the question posed. Answer: SLVR L7, purely because it has expandable memory.

Btw, where are you getting an L7 for $130 from?

The Cingular 3125 > Moto. It is only 20$ more and you get alot more. You get everything the V3 or L7 has, plus better camera @ 1.3MP, wm5 and push email and supports EDGE.

P.S. The battery life is the ****. Can't get any better even when using BT all day, it is better than the Moto's that are not using BT.

Well, people love to hate motorola because of its UI...but really, in most other aspects they are pretty good. If you can find an L7 at that price go for it...it'll be a good phone, and there are not a lot of other phones in that price range that would be any better. I recommend not getting the RAZR, its too old and outdated.

dude, the SLVR and the RAZR are the SAME DAMN THING!!! SLVR has expandable memory and iTunes (with a 100 song limit by the way)... whoop-de-freakin-doo, its the same as the RAZR in every other internal aspect...

go for a K750... i dont remember how much they are, but they are most likey in your price range if you buy one slightly used.

Actually, it makes quite a big difference. I had the V635 and the V3 at the same time...within a week I was bored of the V3 because it had no possibilities for expansion, at least the option is there. Plus the L7 is still a classic design whereas the RAZR just looks outdated.

Yes go for the SLVR. I have one on cingular but they are a good phone. If it comes with a headset dont take it out too fast because it warps your speakers and the phone acts like the headset is still in even though it's not. (The ONLY sound that will play is your ringtone when you get a call. Mic becomes dead, earpiece, iTunes..)

2 of mine have done this, but my third one i used w.o using a headset never had a problem.

so basically be careful with the headset.

Lol, so by stating something that differs from you're view I have something against you? If you look back all I was saying is that expansion ports are worth the extra money IMO...and these phones aren't crap, they get good reception, make good calls, are made of high grade materials, have good displays, are highly moddable and take a beating too...last time I checked that constituted a reasonably good phone.

Bottom line is: what do you want in and out of a mobile phone ?

If you want a phone with great RF, good build quality, reliable service and in a flip-type format...the Razr is still a good choice. Yes, it's overplayed and the folks that need and want the latest thing are bored with it. And yes the UI is kinda slow...but it's a good phone.

If you want a bar-type form instead of a flip then the other phones are the obvious choice for you since they are all but identical to the V3 Razr in function and format. I believe the L7 has some data or music storage capability that the L2 and Razr don't have, if that is important to you.

If you want a good phone that also has storage, good camera, and all the data capability that you might need...the Cingular 3125 might be a great choice for you. It's a flip...but a smartphone with Windows operating system active on it. I am probably going to go with that one myself soon.
