Today on phonescoop i went loooking around and it stated that the Razr 2 was no more on Cricket, i called my Rep up and he like tried to avoid the question until i slaped him around and he told me there was no longer going to be a Razr 2 anymore, can anyone confrom this, i just wonder if my rep is being bleh on me or phone scoop is right or both are right.

Razr 2 No More?

From doing some research and talking to my boss here at our cricket store they have discontinued the razr 2. Even on phone scoop they have the razr 2 for cricket displayed as discontinued. My boss said it was more of a software issue with the razr 2 then anything most of the carrier's have recalled it and are probable not selling it. That is what I am told. It may come back though when the bugs are fixed. Hope this helps

Same thing that happened with the Nokia 6265i, if I'm not mistaken. Software bugs kept the phone from its original launch date.

that was slightly different. a few dealers were shipped phone prematurely. it was never officially launched like the v9m is.
Also I received a second confirmation from higher up the food chain that the phone is backordered right now and will be back soon. Many stores probably still have this in stock.
