Rayman Raving Rabbids - Wii Question

Hey doods, Rayman looks fun and I've read a few people on OT say good things about it BUT my question is this: Are the mini games really all that fun? They seem kind of basic..is there a kind of flow to it or do you and however many people just select a random minigame and play it to see who comes out on top? If anyone's played Fusion Frenzy on Xbox that one was fun, are they similar?!

not really the same as fusion frenzy. with that one everyone's doing shit at the same time. my "multiplayer" experience so far has been playing through story mode with my brothers. we'll play until we lose one and then pass it to the next. the games are fun as hell. the ddr type games are my favorite. i end up really getting into it

at the end of each series of mini games in story mode there's a fun arcade type shooter when you have to shoot plungers at bunnies. it's like area 51 or revolution x. fun stuff

Rayman looks better at points and seems to have more attitude

but monkey ball is a better multiplayer. much faster, user friendly. id say borrow/rent both before you make a final decision.

i took rayman back and exchanged it for Monkey Bal. MUCH happier with monkey ball.

Wait a sec, theres 2 people in here who dont like rayman?

Well thats a record.

People are saying Monkey Ball has terrible controls for multiplayer and its not like the other monkey ball games because they took away time trial multiplayer (which was the backbone of monkey ball).

haven't tried the others, but rayman is cool. we have played it everyday for hours since sunday. everyone here loves it. I've never heard people laugh so hard while playing a game. and no, it's not really for 6 year olds...if you think that, you probably just don't have a sense of real fun.

Aight thanks for all the opinions! Sounds like I'd still have fun playing it but I'm not fully sure lol. My friend's gonna get it instead and I'll try it there and keep anyone who cares posted!
