just a vent....

my bank has just notified me that I have been in the negative on my checking account for 17 days... I have been trying my best to clear out this debt of 214 bucks, but I only have 10 days to do it now, before they try and close my account. SO, I now have to find a way to come up with 214 dollars by the due date. yay

it's all my fault, I am more pissed off at myself than the bank, but FUCK do I hate money
 
well when you do pay it, even if its past due, go into the bank with more than the bill and deposite the money in your account. They cannot close the account with an outstanding balance. However they can cut off access, but wtf, you aint got any money in there anyway.

Chalk it up as one of those lessons in life.

I'm glad you got it all figured out. That sucks that your bank puts a time limit on putting the money back in though. I've had a negative balance in my one checking account since June and I don't plan on depositing any money in it until I get to college in Aug. To my knowledge, it's still open. *checks just to be sure.*
