On the other side of my fence my neighbor has raw sewage pooling on the ground. I have contacted the Dept of Health & Hospitals and they are making them install a septic tank and clean up the mess, but my vegetable garden is about 5 feet from where the sewage is pooling. The garden is irrigated automatically twice a day and is producing vegetables but I'm concerned if the vegetables are safe to eat.
