raw food diet!! can i drink milk and eat eggs bcuz i know i need vit. d. most

Your body makes vitamin D, if you get some sunlight. The vitamin D in milk is added in. Milk that you buy in stores isn't raw. I wouldn't eat raw eggs, that could be dangerous. Fruits and vegetables provide most of the vitamins and minerals you need. B12 can be hard to get as a vegan, but you can get it from some types of seaweed, and from nutrient yeast, or you can take a supplement.
 
say.good for bones? does fruits and vege's give all the vit. i need? if anyone out there is on this diet please give me tips. and links to this diet information i want to start asap and i need a little free guidence. thanks to anyone who replys!! thank you so very much!
 
the human body is able to make vitamin d on it's own. it absorbs sunlight and converts it to vitamin d. as long as you get out every once in a while you should be fine. when you are older you may need supplements but not when you are young.
