You don't explain whether you intend this as a complete diet and what else you re already feeding your kitten.
If it is a treat in addition to a premium canned food you can give the kitten any kind of chicken. If it is fried, you need to remove the skin because the seasonings, salt and excess oil won't be good for the kitten.
Cats require an amino acid called taurine which is present in meats. Cooking destroys most of it. So if the chicken is going to be a substantial part of its diet, the chicken should be raw.
Raw meat has nothing whatever to do with having worms.
If you are asking this because you want to do a homemade diet for your kitten, just plain chicken won't provide all the nutrients necessary. You would need to learn about how to provide a proper homemade diet.
