"Rave Master" on Ani-Monday Talkback (Spoilers!)

Oh thank goodness, the UNSPEAKABLE are gone!

Haru: He's clearly a Walrus.

No, Haru. Ruby's clearly a duck-bill platypus.

Edit: Yes, Let agrees with me! Booyah!

Here are my thoughts from this past Monday's eps:

1. "eyes turn heart-shaped" Ooooooh. Elie looked so gorgeous in a bikini!

2. I wanted to start crying when Seighart was electricuting poor Elie to death just to save the world. I'm still that she's still alive!

I just hope Haru can get to her in time.

Alright guys now that's just over the top. Yes I can understand that the changes to the actual show are beyond bad but that's nowhere near Naruto filler level. Really the problem with this show is that they started it off horribly. The actually beginning to the series is much better then this cut anime changed version.

Hopefully when we get to the big battles we can have last complaining.. if we get that far that is. =P

"I can play the piano!"
"What good is that?"
"I can sing. Maybe we can start a band."

Poor Muzica, we have to watch these idiots. He has to exist in the same reality as them.

"This is not a drill. This should come as no surprise, since we've never had a drill."

Don't try to be the self destruct voice from Spaceballs.

I remeraber watching this Out of Time arc on Toonami, but I don't think I got there until around the third or fourth episode. I'm glad that there is going to be a good fight, which I also somewhat remeraber, but I'm also hoping that we won't have another thirty minutes of Ellie crying about wanting to know about her past, Sieg Hart saying that he has to destroy her to save time and then trying to kill her mulitple times. That's a bit too intense for my taste.

For Rave Master, "Not as Good" is a major improvement.

Heck, any RM episode getting compared to any episode of Cowboy Bebop is a great improvement.

Some girls like big butts, and they can not lie!

Out of the 51 episodes, only 8 aren't attached with a Part. Also, the episode titles being the same as the dub titles from Toonami make me think it will be the edited version produced by Tokyopop.

I had never watched this until last night. After about five seconRAB of looking at the characters I thought "I don't think so" and changed the channel.

I remeraber watching the Big Butt Bandits before on Cartoon Network. Yeah, they were pretty bad and some of the worst villains, if you even want to call them that, I've ever seen in an anime seires. I don't think that the show is that bad though. Sure, it does have a pretty poor dub, but I still see it as being so bad it's actually good. I didn't get a chance to see the second episode since I went to sleep, but something tells me that it was probably for the best since I never did like the Big Butt Bandits. I also remeraber how they appeared once or twice after this episode.
