rattle noise in front end on toyota sienna.?

I have a rattle noise on the passenger front side of the vehicle, it sounds like a strut mount or sway bar link but both have been replaced and the noise is still there and it's noticable over small bumps or ripples, does anyone have any ideas?
the inner tie rod end is not lose either
it does it without the hub cap on the vehicle, and I've two strut mounts on, and tightened them really tight.
