Rationally, isn't it only right that a woman be judge more harshly for...

...shortcomings in her physical appearance? Think about this example that all women can understand: The WNBA (women's basketball league)

If you have two players A) one who is a super shooter but below average at other facets of the game (ball handling, defense, passing, etc.) vs. B) a solid-but-not-spectacular well rounded player, wouldn't you judge a poor shooting night by player A more severely, as that is what she is paid the big bucks to deliver on vs. player B who chips in in other areas better?

Clearly in society and the dating world especially, men are expected to be more well rounded to be able to get in the game (they must be funny, confident, have solid employment, respectful, etc. etc) then a woman who is not judged nearly as severely for the same shortcomings in any of these areas. Doesn't this make perfect sense then? And also doesn't it explain why average guys could and should be able to get hot women?

what do you mean "is it right"? "right" would be that people would just accept each other the way they are and treat everyone the way they want to be treated. that does NOT mean valuing people based on their looks.

of course, reality is not "right".

These expectations are only held by sexist who don't care about any other qualities of a woman.

Most men a women are look to spend their life with a well rounded person, not a wallet or a hot body.

No one would ever pick player A if they really had no other skills but shooting.... unless they were an idiot.
