Pretty good team. Cutler could have a big season. I like Wayne and Royal. I agree that Parker can be upgraded. And woulda been nice if you handcuffed LT2 with Darren Sproles. Giants D is always solid and Tynes is okay. I like Gates a lot. So, yeah...a B sounds about right, with potential to be higher.
 
Average team, your gonna have to play matchups for your RBS on a weekly basis. cutler will be a top ten fantasy Qb this year. Your Wr situation is sketchy, Wayne is solid but Bowe and Royal might be affected by their QBs. Giants DST is adove average.
Overall I say you better hope LT stays healthy and has a monster year. Otherwise your gonna be a middle of the pack team.
 
You have two questions, Willie Parker and Jay Cutler. Jay Cutler has no great receivers like Eddie Royal or Brandon Marshall to help him and has a great RB to take away some passing attempts. Willie Parker is OK as a #2 back, you might want to see about starting Knowshon Moreno.
