Okay I've been GM for 16 years, in that time I've won 829 season games, lost 401, won coach of the year about 13 times, got 5 sixth man awards, won 182 playoff matches out of 254, got an 8 time finals mvp player, about 5 nba 1st team, bout the same 2nd, 2 all rookie, about 15 all star team appearences, and 8 time NBA champions.
I think this is okay for 16 seasons, what do you rate me? My 8 time finals MVP player just retired at the age of 42(Dwyane Wade) and I'm going to have one more shot at the Championship before rebuilding.
