NO2+ NO2 --> NO3 + NO
NO3 + CO --> NO2 + CO2
Whats the rate law for this experiment and the overall equation?
I know the two NO3 cross out. However, does one of the NO2 on the first equation cross out with the one on the product side in the second equation? If so, isn't it a catalyst? (or not necessarily.) How do you exactly determine the order of this reaction?
