Ok, Last year my pet rat died. When I move, I want to get another one. I was watching a program on TV about rat itelligence, and there was a breed of rat that kept popping up that caught my attention. IT WAS HUGE! Not a sewer rat, it was on a man's shoulders, and followed him around! Very large, about the size of a ferret or larger. I desperately want to find out the breed. Plus, if anyone knows the breed, is it legal to ow in the U.S.?
