rashes that look like mosquito bites but dont itch

This isn't the first time i had these bumps. About a month ago i woke up and realized i had bumps on my hand, leg, arm, and foot. My doctor thought they were warts, so i had him burn them off. The other day i woke up and saw that i had red bumps scattered on my right arm. They do not itch or hurt. Does anyone know what this is?
 
Red, ring-like, patches...appeared mostly on feet and trunk of body (front or back); in addition to "bumps" or whelps that would appear on head, in the hair line, forearms. All the doctors were puzzled - but - considering the other maladies - these were "no big deal" and pretty much ignored because they were not life threatening.
