Does anyone else have this or know what might be causing it? I get rashes on my hands (the back or wrist, not the palm) or feet every now and then. This has been going on for YEARS. It looks like small bumps or hives. I think it might be an allergic reaction of some sort. I usually notice it while in the shower (have tried switching products a million times, but also think it could just be the water makes it itch) or while sitting on a couch, but sometimes I notice it at random times.
