Rare movies you have stumbled upon....

Arthur's Dyke - I stumbled upon it one day at about 2am and thought it was brilliant.

Although don't know if that was because it actually is brilliant or I was so very bored

i found dead end quite cool at the time, maybe with time it does not stand up so well

I also recommend All shook Up(also known as hexed). have not seen it for years but remember finding it hilarious cuz it was so absurd

Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0114660/

Andy Garcia, Christopher Lloyd , Christopher Walken, Steve Buscemi

A Job gone wrong crimelord walken puts out contact on garcia's gang. Very well made, acted & scripted with some subtle humour thrown in (Lioyd's character is called pieces as he has leprosy and pieces keep falling off!).

Old Man - Korean (I think)
The main character gets released from prison then goes on a hunt to find who set him up. Very violent Hammer - teeth say no more

I was so bitterly disappinted by that. I ordered it especially thinking it would be a good film noir policethriller with one of my favourite actors (Auteuil), but for me it was just one big cliche after another.

Liked Le Huiti

One such film I have stumbled upon is SURVIVE Style 5+, a Japanese surreal film with Vinnie Jones as a hired assassin. Another is Pulse a really good horror film. Plus Infection and Green Butchers

It's not rare but "A Taste of Honey". Made in 1960 something. Set in Salford. Adpated from a play by Shelagh Delaney (?sp) who was just 19 when she wrote it. Starring the ever brilliant Rita Tushingham.
