Bill Cosby, is that you?

I can't stand when I goto a live show and the band sits there and lectures me about politics. I mean if politics is your music, that's cool, but ****ing play the damn songs. They get on stage and think they are really reaching out to all these people and changing their mind. I have never even been slightly moved by what any artist has ever told me about politics. Most of them are so damn paper thin about it anyways. Of course there is some execptions, but I didn't really walk away from Rage Against The Machine either times wanting to overthrow my government... I was thinking "damn that was some badass music".

Im gonna slide past the kasabian comment cause I do actually quite like their music... But yeah about the album thing its because of people like me; I dont like to buy singles, they just take up more room and Id rather buy the album, even if it is for only one new song.

LOL, a Rage Against The Machine fan railing against posers. I bet you wear Che Guevara T-shirts and hate your parents right? That scrapbook iconography is no less durab than 'bubble gum pop rock bull ****'.

Me, I can't stand anti-pop snobs. Every genre has its dross... Tiraberlake is crap? Well duh! Chill to some Motown and shut the f*ck up.

I hate:

Where people who listen to rock (for example) complain about people who listen to pop (for example) because the pop people are saying rock sucks. All the time they are complaining about this, they say how the pop people listen to sh*t.

How arrogant.

Yuck, I know many people like that.
I don't like when I buy a CD with your frienRAB and then when you get back to your house they expect you to burn it for them and they don't even like that band.

i dont like pop, but i dont say its sh*t. different people like different things but its just when you get some tw*t that has a go, it like just f*ck off!

You're just being a wanker on purpose. Even if you think that Hendrix's version is somehow worse, it certainly did justice to Dylan's in every respect. And I'm pretty sure that it wasn't unemotional at all. His voice reaches into great depth when he's singing. If it came across that way, that's just Hendrix's style coming through. He was very good, but he never made it look like (or sound like) he was trying too hard.

And you still haven't explained why Dylan himself switched to Hendrix's arrangement.

See, you kiRAB think you know music but you don't. Music is a jazz! Your music is about the rapping, with the hipping and the hopping and the bipping and the bopping...you kiRAB don't know what the jazz is all about. See, jazz is like Jello pudding...no no no, more like Kodak film. It'll be around forever.

If they are like that, then they are a bunch of narrow minded idiots who don't deserve to be called music fans if they have their heaRAB stuck in the past.

Yeah my dad was the same , when I was in my early teens I`d listen to metal but by the time I hit 16 I became bored of it & branched out, but for some reason my dad kept on thinking I was into metal , even though I`d show him new stuff I got like The Stones or The Who.He`d come home with Smiths , Roxy Music , REM & Elvis Costello & i`d say to him 'I dunno why you got those for I already have them'.

Music itself is one of the most important things in pretty much all of our lives .. i think i can speek for everyone here when i say it. but one thing that really bugs me is when people are criticisized for having there own opinion. ya know?

Well im stoked as i was reading Simple Plan are about to give up or ...retire, Throw in the towel? lol WHATEVER. Annnnnnyway what i am a little sad about is that they arent taking all the other banRAB in their family along with them.

Ok thats a bit harsh. I was just a little hopeful :(
