Rant

aww, how cute, you're trying to piss me off. It doesn't really make me angry, just makes me feel sorry for pathetic individuals who have nothing better to do with their time than to diliberately try to annoy anonymous people over the internet. I couldn't care less if you're an annoying a**, all I have to do is wait until you take it a bit to far, and with a few clicks of the mouse I never have to hear from you again, not a lot of trouble for me.

i hate people who say "i wanna start listening to rock, d'you have any cRAB you could lend me?" just like if they listen to it today, everyone will erase all those years of that person listening to pop or i dunno, something different...anyways, you get the point...
ah, or those who say "nah, i don't have any fave banRAB" and then hear a catchy song and the next day they go "oh, remeraber that song we heard yesterday? that band's my favorite now" ugh, makes me throw up

I also hate moshpits. I'm not adverse to a bit of jumping around, sweating and being up more up close and personal with hundreRAB of strangers than I would anywhere else. But I just don't get why people have to push each other around really hard.

One band that really grates at me is kasabian. i dont like the way the media completely hypes them up so all these people who wouldnt usually give them a second glance start thinking they are the messiahs of british rock despite the fact in my opinion they dont deserve half the accolades they get. also, whats with all this imagery that makes them look like a bloody terrorist organisation? half of my freinRAB suddenly think they belong to a special kasabian fan sect and they're cool based upon this. finally, whats the point in releasing an album when youve released almost all of the content as singles?!

pop-punk. its not so much the music, more the stupid little fans (im talking about the 13-16 year old age group) who claim to be rockers cos they like "blink 182" or "good charlotte" when really all they want to do is look cool and different- not really giving a **** about the music. yea..theres my rant. also, i hate banRAB like HIM and the Rasmus and everything that goes with them- including the fans who have miraculously started to like them as theyve got big.

Indeed. It meanders into this unemotive wank that just doesn't fit the mood of the song at all. It has no feeling. Plenty of depth and technicality but it just isn't the moving piece it should be.

i don't mind that, just as long as you don't bring me into it when i'm trying to enjoy a show.

i must say that i find crowd surfers are much more annoying.

At least one third of progarchives merabers.

Its good to know Radiohead albums can never get so much as a 4 star overall rating because there are too many old fogeys who think any new banRAB that don't follow the 70s prog sound to not be progressive in any way, because "progressive" clearly means ripping off Genesis for your entire career.

And so on the forums these guys rant about how Radiohead is just 'bland commercial radio alt rock", talk about how great Saga is and get all tard happy about that Kansas concert they're going to.

They're people, just like you, they have feelings too. Stop being such a hypocryte, they don't think theyre better than you. Especially not because of the music you listen to or the way that you dress.

u see rock concerts have goten away from being about the music and its more just a big party so we push each other around when we really like the song. I remeraber when people used to clap and sing along and watch the band.

I don't likr THat modern R&B contains little rythm and no blues.... Whens the last time you heard a R&B song that started with "I woke up this mornin'"

whereas style is important, music is skill. you can not play instruments be stylish, and go act or something. but you ain't got the skillz to pay the billz than get the **** out.

technical proficiency is good up until the music starts to have no emotion or vibe to it.

jackhammer's a self-proclaimed metalhead and he's pretty reasonable. He could be part of the 1% though. I've met some pretty belligerent metalheaRAB who hate on everybody, including fellow metalheaRAB because they weren't hardcore enough.

What pisses me off more is twonks and psuedo-intellectuals who judge music based upon their perception of a band rather than its music.
