Need some suggestions from those with experience. I am 6'0 275lbs. I can run a mile in 8:30 at the moment. I intend on trying to get a slot for the RIP program with the 75th rangers. Obviously not in the shape I need to be in now, what are some suggested weight loss exercises in particular and approaches to take to get in shape for this. Time isn't a major, I've given myself approximately 9 months to a year to accomplish this, say you are in my shoes, what is the most efficient way to get ranger fit?
