I don't know how much they're charging at the fish and chip shops around where I live, but my local Chinese takeaway charges 90p.

I pay 70p for for the smallest bag, If the cheapest is a cone tho at your shop ask for a cone of chips in a bag, you usually get a bit more if its in a bag.

My local chippie dont do small! but a regualr size bag is about £1 and a large is £1.50
