Random pain in my abdomen

I am a healthy 16 year old female, I'm not sexually active, I don't take drugs or drink, and I run track in the spring. For about a week or 2, i've been having a strange pressure like feeling on the right side of abdomen. Whenever I sit down or use the bathroom, it reappears. Or sometimes it'll just randomly occur. Its not exactly painful, but very strange and starting to scare me a little. A few days after it happened first, a girl on my bus grabbed my waist as I walked past and tried to pull me into her seat to sit with her (very clingy middle school student) it's been happening a lot more. My mother said once when I mentioned it that it might be because of that. Any help is greatly appreciated.:)

Hi I would ask some adults how to ask the other girl tactfully not to do that anymore. Perhaps the bus driver could be asked about it quietly on the side next time and/or other people such as a parent, or school nurse, school principle, social worker or other professional who is capable of handling a bully if a simple request is not enough. It should not be allowed in my opinion. Also a professional could check a person if it is felt there is something wrong.

See, it's not a bullying situation. I'm the only kid on the bus who doesn't make fun of her. Shes very naive.... Ive known her since she was little. I just wish she wouldn't jump on me like that...
