Random Black Lines Stand Out On Black Screen

Hello like everyone I have being rather impressed with how Nokia have dealt with the problems so far but now I don't whether this is a fault of my own or nokias recently I was charging my phone it reached full battery but was very slow so with the charger still plugged in I decided to switch it on and off when I switched it back on it vibrated as usual but no start up screen came up just a black screen with a load of scratch like clearly visible black lines everytime I go to a black screen you can clearly see these lines now I don't know what this is so if anyone knows answers or suggestions would be much appreciated thank you :D
 
has it never done it before? if it hasnthave you tried backing up then resetting , then restoring??

it could be a difformity in the amoled screen and maybe you never noticed it from new??
 
It wasn't there before as when I uses to start my phone up I couldn't see any lines but now there are these quite notice scratch like black lines
 
Did you check the Nokia support forums for this specific problem or at least something similar??
If not, you could try hard-resetting it the phone first.. But usually these are hardware defects... You could very well drop by the nearest Nokia Care Point and show them the error..
