I agree. However, it makes libertarians all around the country look bad, and it also reflects poorly on the tea party movement who tried to take credit for his primary victory.

You know, when your party is having to fight daily accusations of racism and you become the face of said party, it REALLY isn't a good idea to start debating the constitutionality of the goddamned Civil Rights Act. I mean, pick your fucking battles, dude.
