By his strict interpretation, the second amendment means he has the right to appendages of large furry mammals.
 
How is a minority in a free society free if that person can not freely go into an establishment and spend money issued by the federal government, just because the business owner doesn't like that person because of the way they look? Fuck your freedom if you want to infringe on another's freedom to such a degree.

Oh my, it's so tough to just be pleasant and conduct business with someone. What's the problem, next thing you know they will want to play golf with you?

Restaurants and businesses already discriminate regarding ages (price differences), attire, behavior, and a hundred other areas. They should legally be able to discriminate regarding race, religion, ethnicity, language, politics, whatever.
