RM: Do you think that a private business has the right to say "we do not serve black people"?

Rand Paul: Yeah.

Well, at least he was upfront about his racism and wasn't trying to dodge the question. I'll give him props for that.

Your entire racist rant for the past 3 or 4 days has been built upon lies, omissions, and deceptive editing from the New York Times. The onus is on you to put up or shut up.

What about Chinese people?

Yeah, they can practice Tai Chi Chuan in the public parks, but do we have the right to keep 'em off our lawns?

They were talking over each other, and then he said "Yea, -" and then the video ends. People say an affirmative word to begin a response to a question, while formulating a response. It's obvious that the video ends after that one word because the rest of those words don't support the idea that "yea" was the answer.

If you want to think this, perhaps the answer to every question Obama has ever been asked is simply him asking in return to become magically transparent.

LET ME BE CLEAR!

no trolling here. Just observing the racist behavior of a racist candidate from a state largely composed of racists.

No, he just agreed businesses should have the right to turn away black people. That's tatamount to saying the samew thing. If he had said, "No, businesses should not have the right to turn away black people or anyone else solely for that fact," he would have redeemed himself. Bullshit. Yes it is. Yeah America tried that, and it didn't work in the 1950's, which is why the civil rights movement came about. Get the fuck over it. Businesses have to pay income taxes too. Businesses have to live up to guidlines set up by governement entities. Get the fuck over it.

rothbard has already seen this thread so I am done with my tomfoolery.

"I shall never fight in the armed forces with a Negro by my side... Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds." - DEMOCRAT, and current Senator, Robert Byrd.

Weren't conservatives whining about how the healthcare bill *might* lead to UHC?

Why aren't you whining about how repealing civil rights *might* lead to rampant discrimination?
