I don't care that there are other options that offer similar products, the fact is that the government doesn't allow more than 1 cable company in a municipality.
I don't care how expensive it is, if a company wants to do it then they should be allowed to. If the government really wanted to encourage competition they would have 1 line running to each house and allow multiple companies to use that line.
I can't start up my own garbage business in most cities. There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to.

If they want to ship out the stuff that belongs to them then that's fine, but there's no reason for it to be illegal for other companies to distribute 1st class mail.
