Breakfast....8 ounces of sugarfree grapefruit juice
then 2 eggs sunny side up, toast and tea
Lunch: 8 oz sugarfree grapefruit juice
cornflakes with 2% milk
Dinner: 8 oz sugarfree grapefruit juice
and i keep it very light and limited... usually PB&J sandwich..
lol this sounds more like a diet plan.... actually it is!!
