Ram used to help boost video card?

Is there any way to designate RAM to be only used to support the video card? I have an HP G61 428CA that has a 4200 Radeon HD card that is only 128mb. I have 4 Gb of RAM, can I make some of it support the video card to boost graphics? Does this even make sense to anyone? I want to play Oblivion on medium to high graphics.
