radio problems please help.?

well i had some radio problems and what happends is that my radio was just working yesturday and i turn on my radio and it wont let me switch my tracks on my radio and i cant press anything else on my radio at all only thing i can change is the volume its weird.i tryed disconnecting my battery that didnt do anything,i checked the fuse for the radio it was good,and i looked for a reset button for it n it didnt have it so idk if theres a bad wire in the back of it or just a bad radio now.im thinkin of just getting a new radio but idk if its gonna keep doin this,my radio is a pioneer with a faceplate in front of it so please help fast
 
are you talking about cd tracks or your fm tuner? i dont know where you live but if your having a cd problem, i know that in arizona in the summer if you leave your cds in the deck that they can warp from the heat and not play or eject. just some food for thought. Steven
