i know this is a stupid question but i ask it anyway

i have a friend with PIN suspended and he gave it to someone who changed imei and PIN, now its working with BIS service with another imei and PIN

so i just wonder how they did it?
 
so how to solved this problem???????? i already check on operator website about imei and pin number with create new account. but its said had been registered with diffrent service provide so you need to re-register so how to re-registered it??? regards
 
ok so much for silence answers here...

i already tried and successful, all you need is a fresh imei and PIN (never been used before on network), PIN suspended problem SOLVED
so now what i need to now is how to generate imei and PIN for blackberry....

any idea?
 
I installed the attached lab tool and not work in my BB7100i.
When I write the imei appears:
"Radio Error: AcessID() error code = 1 (FAIL). Cannot acess ID. Cannot write IMEI"
and:
"Radio Error: AcessID() error code = 3 (UNKNONW_ID_TYPE). Cannot acess ID. Cannot write BBPIN"

What it? The imei are ok (by other cellphone working ok).
