Radio/door lights/ and locks not working. 1997 Chrysler sebring jxi convertable?

im helpin out a friend. i thinking its a short somewhere or fuse. please help, thanks

check the fuses under the dash and the fuses under the hood

It sounds like your iod fuse has blown. There is a fuse box on the left side of the dash. Open the driver's door. and pull the side cover off the dash. Good luck.
